dr. N.A. van der Gaag

Dr. van der Gaag completed his medical degree and epidemiologist degree at LUMC in Leiden and UAMC in Amsterdam. He primary works at HagaZiekenhuis in The Hague, but also works as a neurosurgeon in Groene Hart Ziekenhuis in Gouda and Langeland Ziekenhuis in Zoetermeer. He specialised in spinal surgery and Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS). DBS is among others used to treat patients with Parkinson's Disease. He also works as an epidemiologist/researcher at LUMC in Leiden, is a member of the Scientific Research Committee in HagaZiekenhuis and educator for Physician Assistants in training and Medical Residents.
