dr. G.C.W. de Ruiter

Dr. de Ruiter completed his medical degree cum laude at Leiden University and also completed a master's degree in Biomedical Sciences. After completing his degree he worked for two years at the neurosurgery department at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, United States. He completed his neurosurgery training at Haaglanden Medisch Centrum (HMC) in The Hague. Dr. de Ruiter specialised in nerve and spinal surgery within Neurospine. He's fascinated by the nervous system and the (often) meticulous surgery it includes, but also loves he human contact his job involves. As a biomedical scientist he's also involved in several research groups.
